Multi-refine with user-defined mask

Hi,

I would like to run an heterogeneous refinement experiment using a mask that I created externally.
I imported the mask into cryoSPARC, clicked the reference structure (resulting from a previous refinement) 4x to have 4 classes, and selected the set of particles I wanted to use, but then all experiment options were grayed out.
Is this not supported in cryoSPARC?

Hi @rdrighetto, sorry for the delay in responding - yes currently masks are not supported in heterogenous refinement, but this will be implemented soon.
