Mask for ResLog calculation? [Feature request]

Hi,

Would it be possible to add the option of providing a user supplied mask for FSC calculation in the ResLog job?

In a case where a structure has a poorly ordered, and hence low resolution domain, I suspect that the resolution gain for that domain with increasing particle number will be different than for the structure as a whole, and calculating a local ResLog plot might be a useful way of assessing that.

Also, it would be helpful if the slope and y-intercept of the linear fits were given in the job output - these are helpful for comparing different datasets or subsets of data (e.g. see original paper for details: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1047847713003377?via%3Dihub)

Hi @olibclarke - thanks for point this out. We will add a mask input for ResLog.
