Local refinement seems to always require one mask input, even if dynamic or null masking is chosen. Is some other parameter required or maybe a bug?

When using dynamic masking in Local Refinement a user-provided mask is still required to select a region within which the usual dynamic masking procedure is applied. However, the requirement of a mask when null is selected is a bug, which we’ve recorded. Thank you!
