When comparing different picking approaches, it would be useful to be able to show multiple particle sets for comparison. Would it be possible to add an option for two particle inputs to Inspect particle picks? I would envision each set being colored differently, and display of each set being controlled individually.
This would be helpful both for comparing different picking parameters, and for coloring different orientations differently - e.g. one could select 2D classes corresponding to side views and top views and color each differently on the micrograph. This would be helpful for discriminating whether low contrast or infrequent views are being correctly picked.
