Ignore the CTF until the first peak feature?

Dear all,

I was wondering it there is something in CryoSparc equivalent to the “Ignore the CTF until the first peak” utility in Relion. I have found this feature quite useful when working with small complexes collected on graphene-oxide grids. Alternatively, is it possible to define specific values for high-pass/low-pass filtering during 2D classification?

Hi Angel.
Another option is to use EMAN2 or cisTEM where you can see the radial power spectra and CTF fits easily, and adjust the amplitude contrast until the first peak fits nicely.
