Hello all!
I would like to reconstruct a volume using the same particles but including only specific frame sets from each micrograph, to investigate the effect of progressive radiation damage during exposure on my sample. I am aware that there is a function in relion (relion_movie_reconstruct) where you can use a particle set (and their trajectories) after bayesian polishing and define specific frames to reconstruct (e.g., frames 1-2, 3-4 only, etc).
Is there an equivalent way to do this within cryosparc?
