Hi,
Currently there is an option for the maximum resolution to use for alignment in 2D classification. Would it also be possible to add a minimum resolution option? Kind of like a highpass filter? This might be useful for membrane proteins, by allowing one to avoid aligning on the micelle, particularly an issue for small membrane proteins without much outside the membrane.
