Helical symmetry in Reference Based Auto Select 2D

Hi,

I am playing around with automated class selection with a filament dataset and noticed that the reference projection images can generate down-filament views, leading to mistakenly picked classes.

Is there a way to make this work more like the Create Templates job which has the option to say whether or not the volume is a helical assembly and thus to restrict to generating side views only?

Additionally, is there a way to select particles/classes based on inputted templates?
