Hi, I get a heartbeat error on the third iteration when refining a particular structure (see attached). Refinement of subclasses of the same dataset look fine, and the two preceding iterations of this run also look fine. Any suggestions as to what might be going wrong? It’s not an especially large dataset (65k particles, box size 512).
