It would be nice to have a harsh clean at the project level that just leaves metadata and final volumes with the option to re-run the jobs to regenerate data in the future. This would clear up a lot more than the ‘Clear intermediates files’.

Totally agree, I noticed now the clear intermediates seems cannot clear the patch motioned folder, as previously for about 15K K3 raw images, after cleaning, the size is about 1.5T, but now it is always ~4T, and the clear intermediates cannot actually clean it to reduce any size~ Not sure if there is something wrong with my operation~ @stephan
