Error(s) pops up at the last 1% of Local Resolution Estimation job

Hello! I recently finished processing and finalised a 2.69Å map. I was trying to obtain a local resolution estimation but no matter what inputs I use, it runs 100% (as per the log) and then throws an error (see picture, hid the file paths). I make sure to turn the “Only compute at voxels within mask” parameter off since I am not using a mask and keep the annealing factor at 0. Regardless of the input I keep getting the same error.

For context, after a final homo refine, I did the 3D flex refinement jobs and the half maps are from a Flex Reconstruct job.

Please can you try another Local Resolution Estimation job where you:

  1. connect the mask from the 3D Flex Reconstruct job
  2. enable the Only compute at voxels within mask option

Does this combination of inputs and parameters work?

I will try that! Earlier today we realised that the error might have been due to memory limitations (confirmed it by running local resolution estimation on another smaller protein).
