Error refining a class from heterogeneous refinement

Hi, using the latest cryosparc, I performed 2D classification, junk removal using heterogeneous refinement, and refined all good particles to a decent res (3.6Å). I then subclassified by heterogeneous refinement and obtained two classes. When I try to refine either class, I get the same error - see attached. Any ideas?

Well, I know what caused it now, though not why - it occurs if I have the option “Select if maximum probability only” selected, and not if I don’t.
