Hi Patch motion correction failed and I got the error described in the attached file. I googled the error message and found that it was a bug in earlier version of cryosparc. But we have the latest version: v2.15.0. The one more thing: everything was working until the memory got full in our workstation. We cleared the memory space and resumed using cryosparc, then we got into this problem. I am not sure if this information is relevant but want to let you all know.
