Downsampled particles after local motion signal flip

Hi,

I’ve run a local motion job, downsample and refinement with the locally corrected particles. However, I’ve noticed that the downsampled, local motion-corrected are now white on black, despite the local motion job not having the “flip sing” on.

Is there any way to flip the sign of the particles and why could this have happened?

Hi @LTP apologies for the delay. I’m seeing something similar in my own testing with Local Motion correction. Investigating further now to narrow down the cause.
