Do particles need to be re-extracted after heterogeneous refinement with a smaller box size?

Hi, all

I’ve run heterogeneous refinement with a refinement box size of 240 voxels.
After the heterogenous refinement, I want to run an NU refinement.
My question is, do I need to re-extract the particles using the original box size (380) to do the following refinement?
And how?
Using all of the original micrographs and the particles classified by heterogeneous refinement?

@jessho During heterogeneous refinement, the reduced box size is applied “on-the-fly”. Re-extraction with the larger box size is not required in this case.
