When processing a dataset in cryosparc, I will often process a small subset, pick, generate an initial reconstruction, etc.
There are two steps in the workflow that require human interaction - curating exposures and inspecting picks.
However, once I have chosen suitable thresholds (e.g. of the NCC score and local power) based on a subset of data, I would like to be able to apply these “blindly” to the rest of the data and just let it run (e.g. overnight). I realize something quite similar is implemented in Live, but I think it would be very convenient to have in regular cryoSPARC also.
