I got an error when I run 3Dflex mesh prep.

i face the same issue here when i input my segger map and connection tress. its due to the regions that are in the seg file but are not listed in the connection tree.
@zzhang did you delete/hide any regions from the segmented map? you can reopen the file to confirm
