Hi cryosparc forum
I am getting a subprocess error when trying to run a 2D classification in cryosparc using default values .I could be wrong but I am guessing it’s trying to scale my particles to apply the default 6A class2D_max_res parameter . I was able to successfully run an ab-intio job using this same particle set . Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue ? Is there any way to get a command-line-version of what is being submitted ?
