Problem with "hardware is not registered"

Hi again,

I wrote some days ago, but I have still the same problem. When I try to create a new dataset, I include all the parameters and when I press the Launch button, it appears an error message saying “hardware is not registered”.

My machine is in the cloud, the IP is the same, but the machine is rebuild every time that I launched it, so the hardware technically is different. Could be this the problem? Any solution for this?

Hi @Amaya,
Unfortunately cryoSPARC v0 is not cloud-machine compatible for the reason you mentioned. You may be able to use the solution linked here as a workaround.
